Join Forsyth County Cooperative Extension for our Pawpaw & Native Plant Field Day (formerly the Pawpaw Field Day) at our new Extension Center in Tobaccoville, NC. As Cooperative Extension has transitioned to our new facility, this year's event reflects a new chapter for the pawpaw program. While orchard tours will no longer be part of the event, we're excited to continue connecting our community with experts, growers, and native plant enthusiasts while showcasing our new Extension Center.

Saturday, September 12, 2026
10:00- 2:00 PM
7232 Forsyth Center Drive, Tobaccoville, NC 27103

Registration will open soon on our eventbrite page!

Come out to network with growers, gardeners, conservation organizations, and local businesses to explore how native plants can support healthy landscapes, pollinators, wildlife, and local food production. Stick around to learn something new at a scheduled lecture or an interactive informational booth. Whether you're curious about growing pawpaws, creating wildlife-friendly landscapes, or expanding your knowledge of native plants and ecosystems, you'll find ideas and resources to take home!

Food samples will not be offered this year.
